Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in Mitcham, Australia. You will support the executive office, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple priorities. - Coordination of Executive schedules and calendar management
- Coordination of meetings for Executive team and committees, including preparing agendas, electronic minutes and management of confidential documents
- Provide timely and accurate information in response to queries by patients, visitors and other customers
- Effectively and efficiently liaise with all levels of staff and various other organisations
- Responsibility for document creation, revision and control
- Assisting with producing and distributing communications to staff and doctors
- Provide backup support for the management of doctor Credentialing applications and renewals, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of doctor credentials, qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
- Planning and execution of events and maintaining event calendars
- Collaborate with departments to collect and feature important information for staff newsletters for both sites.
- Booking and coordinating Executive travel.
- Be involved and support continuous improvement projects and audits being undertaken in the department and the organisation
- Assist in compiling data and generating reports to track initiatives
- Other administrative tasks as required.
