- Support the Shared Services Center with a wide range of administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate center initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items when required.
- Facilitate internal communications and liaise with teams to ensure timely delivery of urgent and critical information.
- Coordinate center events and engage with stakeholders to support successful planning and execution.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation services.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents while maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records and providing support to the Director as needed.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, business support, or coordination role.
- Experience working in a multicultural or cross-functional environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in interacting across different levels of the organization.
- Team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Experience in a Shared Services Center environment is advantageous; familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT and a continuous improvement mindset are considered strong assets.
