About You
You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience AND 3-5 years of experience as an executive partner to C-suite or senior leadership. Critically, your background includes serving as a member of a leadership team – not as an administrator supporting one. You’ve shaped communications, influenced strategy, and earned a seat at the table through your counsel and perspective.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring:
- Executive presence and professionalism – you build trust quickly with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Mastery of Word, PowerPoint with a strong eye for clean, compelling design
- Ability to turn materials into strategic assets (executive communications, board content, engagement strategies)
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools and genuine interest in learning
- A mindset that frees your executive to focus on strategy
What a typical week looks like
- You manage the SVP HR’s calendar, travel and logistics while attending leadership meetings as a strategic participant – offering perspective on team dynamics and organizational priorities
- You shape executive communications and board materials that influence how our leadership is perceived and understood across the company
- You track progress against strategic HR initiatives, keep the leadership team aligned on priorities, and flag emerging issues before they escalate
- You consult on people decisions, offer counsel on sensitive matters, and serve as a trusted sounding boars for complex leadership challenges
- You safeguard confidential and highly sensitive information while providing trusted support on executive matters that require sound judgment and a high level of discretion.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $81,000-95,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
Appropriate level will be determined upon offer.
