Job Duties and Responsibilities

Managing high-volume executive administrative operations requires reacting with urgency and taking effective action with limited data and precedent. This role coordinates complex scheduling, detailed travel itineraries, and highly confidential human resource information for multiple C-level leaders simultaneously. Resolving competing priorities and adapting to fast-paced team expansions will directly support the leadership team's future growth metrics and operational efficiency.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Coordinate complex, multi-executive schedules and detailed itineraries to maximize leadership productivity and align with departmental time-management goals
- Manage highly sensitive human resource, financial, and organizational data with complete discretion to protect company integrity
- Anticipate executive operational bottlenecks and proactively deploy communication or documentation strategies to mitigate delays
- Execute cross-functional networking and collaboration across multiple office locations to streamline administrative processes and support team expansions
- Leverage AI productivity tools and modern workflows to automate routine correspondence, optimize calendar mapping, and accelerate document preparation

- Strong skills in advanced administrative operations and executive-level calendar management
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality while handling sensitive business, personnel, and disciplinary data
- Critical experiences navigating ambiguity and executing urgent decisions with limited data or precedent
- Collaboration and networking skills required to build alignment with diverse executive assistants and leadership teams across multiple corporate sites
- AI literacy and application skills to enhance text generation, meeting transcription synthesis, and workflow automation
- Adaptability to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining an adventurous, problem-solving mindset
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working within a Fortune 200 corporate environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent related experience and/or training)
- Minimum Experience: 8 years of experience in executive or C-level administrative support
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
- Google Suite tools and applications

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
