The Executive Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals that provide asset management for commercial and residential real estate investments on behalf of Bessemer’s ultra-high net worth clients nationally. The Executive Assistant will provide seamless administrative support to the Real Estate Advisory Team.
Responsibilities:
- Screen incoming communications and route for action and follow-up.
- Communicate with both internal and external contacts including significant prospect, client and professional relationships.
- Draft and proof standard correspondence.
- Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts. This role may be required to provide flexible support to other Asset Managers as required.
- Assist with planning and scheduling for Real Estate Advisory including team meetings and team business management.
- Comprehensive organization of meetings and luncheons as needed.
- Detailed calendar management and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
Client Service:
- Handle routine communication with clients, internal client advisor teams, and departments, as well as external parties.
- Document written and verbal client interactions in Salesforce.
- Prepare charts, spreadsheets, and materials for presentations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internal applications as needed.
- File correspondence and other documents in internal databases.
- Provide general support to the Real Estate Advisory Team as needed. Thoughtful interpersonal skills and comfort working within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adaptable and versatile skill set
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate or legal background a
- Experience within a trust company or corporate fiduciary setting a plus
- Experience with Yardi a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook) is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
