We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy and Power team at Marsh Risk India. This role will be based in Mumbai.

 

Secretary to the Managing Director

 

We will count on you to:

We are looking for a candidate who would be providing secretarial assistance to the Managing Director based out of the Head Office in Mumbai. The candidate would be responsible for:

  • Responsible for performing numerous administrative duties such as managing calendar, travel bookings and data management
  • Managing personal expenses, travel, holidays and other related items
  • Ability to follow timelines and willingness to work in alignment to work deadlines
  • Will be an interface between different stakeholders (internal as well as external)
  • Expense management, maintaining work trackers, hotel/airline coordination & loyalty programmes
  • Fixing and coordinating meetings
  • Executive communications including email management and attending calls.
  • Making power point presentations and MIS reporting

 

What you need to have:

  • Excellent Communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), preparing reports/newsletters
  • Organized, self-disciplined and pro-active
  • Detail oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and articulate communication.
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Work experience with MNC or consultancy firms or any service industry would be preferred
  • Person who is ambitious, career focused, self-accountable and willing to put hard work and long hours.
  • Preferred candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience.
