Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and professional Executive
Assistant to support our hospital CEO and Director of Clinical Services commencing mid-August 2026.

We are looking for a high performing professional who is outcome driven with excellent stakeholder management skills.  You will require a flexible approach to manage a varied workload with a strong responsiveness and attention to detail to succeed in this fast-paced role.

This position will be job-share, providing a lifestyle balance, working a minimum 32hrs per week.   

Other key tasks within this position will include:

  • Providing confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information
  • Managing VMO credentialing
  • Facilitating recruitment/onboarding activities
  • Compliance documentation and database management
  • Planning and coordinating staff and key stakeholder events & programs
  • Facilitating Ramsay initiatives and special projects as required
  • Maintaining staff and doctor records & files
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive team and key internal & external stakeholder, including staff, medical practitioners and other organisations
  • Preparing agendas and accurately maintain minutes and records for events and scheduled meetings
  • Facilitating service agreements

The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills and will pride themselves in delivery of quality administrative outputs.  Your highly developed interpersonal skills provide a service-orientated professional experience with key stakeholders.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
