Your role:
- Perform all standard secretarial tasks, including coordinating CFO’s schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas, arranging business travels, claiming travel expenses, coordinating department meetings and arranging use of facilities
- Arranging business travels and claiming travel expenses.
- Organize meetings, workshops and team activities for Greater China Finance team.
- Provides quality administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, receiving visitors.
- Set up and maintain files of documents and records, ensuring accurate and logical organization of files; control confidentiality of such files.
- Serve as a contact between CFO and employees, other stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Proficient computer skills such as Excel and PPT
- Quick self-learner, proactive and detail oriented
- Good communication skill with all functions internally and externally
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
