Executive Assistant- Ultrasound Business Unit (Bothell, WA)
In this highly visible role, you will serve as the Executive Assistant to the Business Unit Leader and Head of Finance, enabling leadership effectiveness through operational excellence, precision execution, and seamless coordination. In addition, you will act as a lead for the Business Unit’s administrative community, strengthening ways of working, elevating standards, and connecting our administrative team members across the organization.
Your role:
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing scheduling to align with business objectives while anticipating and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced, global environment
- Enable leadership effectiveness by ensuring readiness for meetings and engagements, including briefing materials, logistics, and proactive coordination
- Support leadership and site operating rhythm by partnering on staff meetings, QBRs, and offsites, while tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables to drive accountability
- Serve as a central coordination point across teams, leading site and campus events, aligning cross-functional inputs, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Own end-to-end travel and logistics, including domestic and international itineraries, expense management, and professional coordination with Key Opinion Leaders
- Lead and develop the administrative community by driving best practices, standardizing tools and templates, and promoting consistent operating norms across executive support functions
- Enable coordination and capability growth by facilitating admin forums, aligning on leadership priorities and coverage models, mentoring team members, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous process and productivity improvements (including AI adoption)

- You have 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and global environment
- Your skills include demonstrating strong business acumen with the ability to translate leadership priorities into execution, complemented by exceptional organizational, planning, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams required); Concur and AI tools highly preferred
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in WA is $38/hr to $59/hr.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
