What You'll Bring

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • Proven experience managing corporate travel efficiently, including handling bookings, last-minute changes, and vendor negotiations while optimizing costs
  • Experience in executive support and calendar management, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and coordinate across multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations, such as travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or office operational issues
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and concisely, ensuring clear messaging in emails, scheduling requests, and corporate updates

What You'll Do

  • Execute seamless travel management, ensuring employee travel meets policy, budget, and operational requirements with minimal disruption
  • Coordinate calendars and executive scheduling, demonstrating strategic prioritization to minimize issues in busy schedules
  • Coordinate office operations and vendor management, ensuring smooth facility coordination and prompt problem-solving when issues arise
  • Use business tools (e.g. Google Suite, Atlassian Suite, and Travel Desk software) to automate workflows and enhance efficiencies
  • Think ahead and proactively resolve operational challenges, demonstrating adaptability in fast-changing business environments

About Our Process

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers.
