The organization is seeking a dedicated a temporary Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This position is ideal for a high‑energy, highly organized, people‑oriented professional who enjoys being at the heart of a fast‑paced organization and enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best.
This role is not about finance expertise. It is about relationship building ,anticipation, organization and communication.
Main Missions and Responsibilities:
As a key support to the CFO and the Finance team, your responsibilities will include:
Executive support to the CFO
- Act as a trusted right hand to the CFO, anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities
- Manage a complex agenda and logistics with precision and discretion
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholder
- Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations, coordination materials, follow‑ups, and action tracking
- Supporting the CFO’s social media presence in collaboration with the Communications team.
Finance Team Coordination
- Organize finance team meetings, offsites, leadership rituals, and key moments
- Ensure smooth communication flow within the team and across functions
- Support the finance leadership team with planning, coordination, and organization
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones to keep everyone aligned
Team culture & Engagement
- Act as a connector and culture carrier for the finance team
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
- Coordinate internal communications, celebrations, and internal team event planning
Organizational excellence
- Bring structure, clarity, and rigor to day‑to‑day operations
- Continuously improve ways of working, tools, and processes
- Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
What we are looking for?
Academic & skills background
- High level of English and Spanish (French is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles.
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. No specific finance knowledge is required, but curiosity on business environment is a strong plus!
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
