Executive Assistant (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and access management.
  • Oversee expense reporting and budget tracking for executive-related expenditures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and support for executives.
  • Facilitate parking arrangements and other logistical needs for executives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as required.

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level minimum).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with typing or shorthand.
  • FP2 qualification in Secretarial Studies or Executive Assistance is a plus.
