The Executive Assistant provides dedicated, dual executive support to the Vice President of Value & Access and the Vice President, Global Danaher Business System Leader, operating effectively in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.

The role reports to the Vice President of Value & Access, with a dotted‑line relationship to the Vice President, Global Danaher Business System Leader, and is an on‑site position based in Sunnyvale, CA within the Value & Access organization. Remote eligibility will be considered for candidates outside of a daily commuting distance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide end‑to‑end executive administrative and operational support, including independent ownership of complex scheduling, meeting logistics, travel planning, prioritization, correspondence, and preparation of materials; serve as a professional representative of the executive.

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, and travel in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment; proactively identify conflicts, constraints, and risks, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and ensure leaders are consistently prepared with accurate, timely information.

  • Support broader business operations and leadership effectiveness through execution of administrative and operational activities, including PO and invoice processing, cross‑functional coordination, project and milestone tracking, resource and dependency alignment, facilitation of leadership operating cadence, preparation of materials and communications, and execution of ad‑hoc requests.

The selected candidate will possess the following:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook email/calendar management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience managing high‑volume priorities and deadline‑driven work

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative or coordination experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience supporting executive‑level meetings and conferences, including planning, logistics, coordination, and delivery from inception through completion

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically per business needs

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
