About This Role

A Sales Coordinator/ Office Admin works closely with management to provide administrative support. They help managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative, and operational responsibilities. This role will be based in Bangalore
The Personal Assistant we are looking for needs extensive knowledge of the organization in which she/ he works (to know who key personnel - both external and internal - and understand the organization’s aims and objectives).
Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for a successful assistant.

What You Will Lead

• Supports Sales team in Coronation, Organizing and maintaining SFDC and Clari
• Screening Sales Orders and Quotes
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Dealing with incoming email and often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
