The Role Designed For You
As Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator, you support 3 Senior Executives as Assistant and will coordinate all the aspects related to the Milan Office.
We offer 1 year temporary contract and a competitive salary package.
In particular:
- You will support the Executives with strategic and proactive agenda management, travel arrangements and end-to-end logistics.
- You will be operatively involved in the planning and management of institutional and extraordinary events, including board meetings.
- You will be the main contact for all colleagues regarding different office-related matters (cleaning, Wi-Fi, services, sending and receiving packages) and for external vendors and suppliers.
- You will drive the implementation of the in-Office culture: organizing activities, get-togethers and team buildings across the office colleagues and teams.
- You will carry out all the administrative activities related to the ExCo team and to the office (invoices, Order entry on SAP, Document processing,…).
The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For
- You have 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
- You are inclined in helping and supporting people around you.
- You are proactive, you don’t see problems, only solutions.
- You are reliable, flexible and have great interpersonal skills.
- You are a fast learner and real team player.
- You are fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken.
