Provide dedicated executive support to the SVP, North America Strategy & Growth and the SVP, North America General Counsel, two senior leaders with distinct priorities, stakeholder needs, and confidentiality requirements. This high-visibility role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, prioritization, and follow-through. Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, meeting prioritization, travel logistics, and day-to-day executive support for the SVP, Strategy & Growth and the SVP, North America General Counsel.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment regarding urgency, confidentiality, and escalation.
- Support leadership meetings, executive forums, off-sites, and other business-critical engagements.
Legal / General Counsel Support
- Support time-sensitive legal and compliance processes where accuracy, responsiveness, and discretion are essential.
Strategy & Growth Support
- Support Strategy & Growth operations, including leadership team meetings, strategic planning cycles, executive reviews, off-sites, and cross-functional initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Operations
- Partner with other administrative professionals, including the Executive Assistant to the President, North America, to support leadership team priorities and enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen collaboration across functions.
- Represent Sandoz's culture, values, and professional standards in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Location:
This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.
Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Education & Experience (Preferred):
- Executive support experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders; experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders, or working within a legal, compliance, or highly regulated environment, strongly preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving: Ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently where appropriate, and bring structure to fast-moving priorities with limited direction.
- Judgment and discretion: Proven judgment handling confidential, legally sensitive, commercially sensitive, or need-to-know information with maturity and care, including professionalism under pressure in ambiguous or time-sensitive situations.
- Prioritization and follow-through: Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to keep multiple senior leaders’ priorities moving in parallel.
- Tools and systems: Proficiency with standard executive productivity tools, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, calendar and email platforms, expense and travel systems; SharePoint experience a plus.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $73,500 –$136,500 USD/year. Starting salary is typically positioned at the lower end of the range for those new to level and / or with less functional depth. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. Consideration is also taken to ensure that internal equity is maintained. The total compensation package for this position includes restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to health insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision); life, accident and disability insurance; 401(k) contributions; tuition reimbursement; adoption and surrogacy reimbursement; and fitness program reimbursement. Employees are also provided with paid sick time, care time, vacation, holidays, and personal days off.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement.
