We are searching for an Executive Assistant to support an ultra-high producing loan officer!
This position provides a variety of marketing and administrative day-to-day services. Day to day duties will include preparing corporate correspondences, maintaining our internal technology platform, and maintaining our borrower gifting program. This position will also be responsible for coordination of projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day assistance to Loan Officer
- Manage high volume inbox
- Coordinate calendar
- Create collateral including powerpoints, agendas, and flyers
- Manage logistics for internal meetings, events, and corporate sponsorships
- Coordinate special projects as required
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Identify and initiate opportunities for process improvement
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills
- CRM experience a plus
- Highly structured and organized with ability to balance competing timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 3-5 years administrative support experience
- Basic knowledge of mortgage lending
