Global-e is looking for Executive Assistant to 2 members of Global-e’s Executive Leadership Team.
In this position you will be given the opportunity to work closely with Global-e’s senior stakeholders on day-to-day business matters and gain an in-depth insight into the workings of the business. Your daily responsibilities will consist of managing and prioritizing a steady stream of requests, meetings, and trips, and anticipating how the stakeholders will want these priorities handled. To succeed, you’ll have to balance the needs and requirements of multiple parties and be ready to pitch in wherever necessary. You should feel comfortable interacting with high-level executives and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
This is a maternity leave cover for a 9-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the stakeholder’s calendars. This will include organizing day-day meetings, scheduling internal and external meetings as requested and adjusting schedules when necessary.
- Assisting the leaders with the day-to-day administrative activities.
- Working with Global-e’s Travel Manager to oversee travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Liaise with stakeholders, drive, create and review spreadsheets, slide decks, and meeting agendas.
- Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs.
- Work cross-functionally with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization and across multiple time zones.
- Lead special assignments/projects, as needed with the executive team.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position within a fast-paced and extremely agile environment.
- Ability to adjust and shift priorities as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exemplary work ethics and being comfortable with handling confidential information.
- Experience working in a global environment
- Discretion and confidentiality is extremely important in this position.
- Excelling in an ambiguous environment
