Tasks
As our first Executive Assistant (m/f/d), you work closely with our management team to ensure smooth communication, clear priorities, and effective collaboration across our European business.
This is not a classic assistant role. You will actively coordinate, follow up, and help drive execution across teams in Germany, France, UK and the BeNeLux Region
Your Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective communication and alignment between the management team and key stakeholders across the organisation
* Ensure transparency of priorities, decisions, and ongoing initiatives
* Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and next steps
* Support the implementation of new processes and ensure consistent execution across teams
* Act as a central coordination point between Shared functions such as finance, marketing etc. and our local Country Management
* Structure and consolidate information to enable efficient decision-making
\- Track key topics and ensure follow-through on agreed actions
\- Help simplify collaboration across countries and functions within a European setup
\- Coordinate and organize business travel for the management team, ensuring efficiency and reliability
* Help organizing Team Events
* Provide on-site support during key meetings or visits across European locations when needed
Requirements
Your Profile
* Experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or a similar role
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to structure complex topics
* You exhibit a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail.
* You are highly discreet and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
* Proven ability to improve communication and collaboration across teams
* Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and reliability
* Ability to work in a multi-country, European business environment
* Basic understanding of organisational and regulatory complexity within Europe
