It requires strong organization, discretion, prioritization, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-country business environment.

Develop new business and expand customer relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg. Identify industrial sales opportunities, understand technical requirements, prepare quotations, manage the full B2B sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and coordinate project handovers with Operations and Engineering. The role also involves strategic account planning, market monitoring, CRM maintenance, customer visits, industry events, and achieving sales targets. Fluency in Dutch and French, professional English, extensive regional travel, and a valid driving licence are required.
