Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting a Senior Vice President and driving pivotal initiatives within a dynamic and creative organization?

Join us as a vital Executive Assistant, where your organizational skills will support the Senior Vice President in driving innovative design strategies within a dynamic team at LEGO, ensuring flawless collaboration across diverse functions and external partners!

Core Responsibilities

  • Calendar and inbox management for the SVP of LEGO DESiGN
  • Support daily management duties, including travel bookings, visa applications, expense management, purchasing orders, and taking proactive actions.
  • Regular interaction with a diverse group of collaborators, involving intricate interactions and coordination across teams, as well as communication with external partners.
  • Attend leadership team (LT) meetings, responsible for note-taking, capturing actions, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.
  • Plan and lead logistics for LT events and workshops in Denmark and abroad.
  • Support strategy planning and deployment.
  • Assist with global core processes, including people, finance, and communication tasks such as system support, purchase order support, and supervising various expenditures.
  • Participate in and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Provide process and change support.

Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

In this role, you will be responsible for calendar planning for the Senior Vice President in the LEGO Design organization. As a member of the Executive Assistant network within the Product Marketing Development organization, you will work closely with colleagues at various levels and functions throughout the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners, ensuring flawless communication and coordination.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Validated experience as a successful PA/EA or in a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, ideally within a global organization. Experience in similar roles within product design or creative areas is advantageous.
  • Experience in planning and delivering meetings and events.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate daily tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may change rapidly.
  • An excellent teammate who excels at collaborating, able to establish relationships quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, plan, and lead own workload, producing results within given timeframes.
  • Proactive approach and strong bias to action, staying ahead of the need.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Danish or other languages is a plus.
