Job Details

Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role working closely with the Executive Operations teams. As the heart of our operations, you will engage in advanced, diverse, and confidential secretarial and administrative support tasks. From managing correspondence to maintaining records, organizing schedules, and strategic planning, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.   • Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support for one or more members of Cencora’s Executive Management Committee
  • Directly manages multiple Administrative Assistants including managing and prioritizing workload and providing growth and development opportunities
  • Facilitates regular meetings to provide updates to appropriate team members and stakeholders
  • Extensive travel planning for both international and domestic travel including management of complex air, hotel, conference and meeting itineraries with the expectation of last minute changes and updates
  • Work closely with Business Communications team to ensure alignment of priorities and messaging
  • Assists senior management in preparing for meetings
  • Monitor various email boxes and take appropriate action as required
  • Ensures that department schedules and calendars are kept updated
  • Establishes and maintains office files, makes appointments and arranges meeting rooms as required
  • Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management
  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of ten (10) years directly related experience.
