In this role, you'll be the bridge between our company (SaaS Talent) and exciting SaaS and Tech startups in their journey of growth. This role involves working closely with executives, assisting them in areas crucial to their growth.

- You have Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to find targets and contact them through LinkedIn and email. You know lead generation / how to find leads. You have some sales / SDR experience.
- You have experience with recruiting. You are a recruiting or sourcer.
- You have experience working in areas of the company related to operations, HR, finance, payments, etc.
- You have experience in Marketing. (Doing social media posts, blogs, a little SEO, etc)

Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Lead Generation person in Latin America to be a supportive force to our CEOs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional    and attention to detail.

  • : primarily regarding nurturing sales leads.

  • :

    • Review the CEO’s sales dashboard to identify prospects and support their business development growth.

    • Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM and Lead-sourcing tools to help identify leads and contact them through LinkedIn and email.

  • : Act as a point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries and requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate sales executive.

  • : Assist in following up on action items. Do post-meeting follow-ups ensuring all pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to the prospect and modified as needed.

  • : Keep reports updated.

  • : Research specific topics, markets, or competitors to provide relevant information to the CEO.

  • Recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. 

  • MUST be proactive - you don’t wait for orders and can act independently in the best interest of the company. 

  • : A young and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embrace the startup culture.

  • with a minimum of C1 level and speak English on a regular basis.

  • You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.

  • Are excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
