  • Support the preparation and sharing of presentations, proposals, and other business documents.

Documentation & Organization
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.

Requirements
  • 1–5 years of experience in:
    • Executive Assistant roles
    • Administrative support
    • Coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Documentation
    • Presentations
    • MS Office / Google Workspace
    • Digital productivity tools
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and coordination abilities.
