Job Description
- Assisting to department managers for daily tasks,
- Maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings and conferences for manager(s),
- Coordinating point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
- Organization of all kinds of meetings ( (Sending out invitations, meeting room organization, catering, compiling the meeting agenda, keeping/distributing meeting notes, follow up meeting tasks/actions etc.),
- Understanding and awareness of the senior executive's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a company,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools,
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to make multi-tasking with great follow-up skills,
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, highly organized with extreme attention to detail,
- Strong organizational and time management skills, results driven, proactive and interactive personality,
- Ability to delegate and coordinate, ability to solve problems and accomplish multiple tasks in a timely manner
