Position Summary

HASI is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and brings exceptional attention to detail to every aspect of their work.

As Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in helping two members of HASI’s management committee operate effectively and efficiently. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials and communications, and help ensure the smooth execution of priorities across the Human Resources and Legal functions. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner who handles sensitive information with discretion, anticipates needs, and builds strong relationships across the organization.

 

What You Will Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive priorities
  • Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reports
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, agendas, correspondence, and other materials
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up needs to support effective execution
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings and other cross-functional discussions
  • Prepare meeting materials and help ensure both executives are well prepared in advance
  • Support department initiatives, special projects, and ongoing administrative processes within the Human Resources and Legal teams
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
  • Process invoices, expenses, and other administrative items accurately and in a timely manner
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $112,500, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition, HASI offers an annual bonus program; 401(k) with company match; an equity incentive program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. 

WORK AUTHORIZATION
 
HASI is willing to take over sponsorship for existing H1-B visas for exceptional talent. We are unable to provide new H-1B sponsorship at this time.
