Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Your responsibilities include:
- 🎙 Podcast Booking & Hosting
- Own the podcast outreach and acquisition strategy to secure multiple weekly bookings
- Manage outreach systems, follow-ups, and tracking
- Coordinate scheduling, intake forms, confirmations, and prep
- Track all podcast opportunities, bookings, and appearances
- Support hosting guests on the company podcast from start to finish
- Ensure every appearance aligns with the broader discovery and visibility strategy
- 📅 Calendar, Travel & Logistics Management
- Fully manage the Founder’s calendar and daily schedule
- Coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues
- Ensure the Founder is prepared for every meeting, event, and appearance
- 🎤 Speaking & Event Support
- Support speaking engagements from booking through post-event follow-up
- Help maintain and update speaking decks, QR codes, and event-specific slides
- Follow established speaking processes and checklists
- Assist with light graphic updates and presentation edits as needed

- Edit and repurpose short-form video content provided by the Founder
