Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the right place for you. We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Executive Assistant to support two Partners in our London office, including one of the leaders of CIP's European Flagship Fund activities. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers in one of the world's leading renewable energy investors while gaining exposure to a truly international business.

Team

You will join a collaborative and high-performing Flagship Fund team in London while working closely with colleagues across our global organization. You will be part of a strong local EA community and a global network of Executive Assistants, giving you access to knowledge sharing, professional development, and sparring opportunities across the business.

This will give you the opportunity to quickly build a broad network across CIP, helping you settle into the role and enabling you to support the Partners in the best possible way.

Role

You will get a key position and play a central, confidential and coordinating role both internally and externally. As the Partners’ closest go-to person you will be providing broad proactive administrative support, managing diaries, and ensuring alignment in daily schedules. You will be their key sparring partner, helping them stay focused on the highest-value priorities while driving efficiency, coordination, and execution across a broad range of activities. You will be helping the team operate effectively and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders across CIP's global organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively managing complex calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring priorities are aligned and schedules remain accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the team through a wide range of administrative and coordination activities
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimizing workflows, processes, and administrative routines, leveraging digital tools and AI solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinating and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new team members.
  • Assisting in planning and executing team events, offsites, and internal initiatives
  • Providing professional and confidential support to the Partners as needed

You

We imagine that you possess 5-10 years of relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a top-tier consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company or Ministry/Government Agency. You are proactive and naturally take ownership of tasks and projects and enjoy working in a high-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

  • Digitally savvy and curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools
  • Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and eagerness to explore new productivity solutions

  • Natural ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Motivated, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and who can handle confidential material discreetly

Skills Required
