To provide high-level administrative and business support to the External Affairs Director and the External Affairs Function as required
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively manage the External Affairs Director’s calendar to align with strategic priorities and optimize leadership time.
•Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
•Draft, proofread, and refine high-impact correspondence, reports, and presentations that reflect the External Affairs Director’s voice and intent.
•Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and team events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
•Anticipate and manage administrative needs for the External Affairs Director and wider External Affairs team, including travel, supplies, and documentation.
•Support the execution of External Affairs-led business initiatives by tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.
•Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
•Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes and team coordination.
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications
•Must be able to work seamlessly across the External Affairs team and channel all key inputs into desired outcomes
•Must show initiative and anticipate the needs of the team and work proactively to deliver the necessary support
•Must have a natural verve for seeking out new ideas and opportunities
•Minimum of a degree in preferably in HR or Business Administration or a related field
•Project management, communication and reporting experience
