Position Description:

The Executive Assistant position will work in close collaboration with the Dean and the leadership team, the Dean’s Executive Assistant will work as a strategic planner and thought partner for the College of Education and Human Development. The position will provide support in the areas of organization, and execution of initiatives and plans into action. This position will be responsible for producing internal communications, planning and managing internal events, and strategically connecting thought partners within the college.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage activities for all internal events as assigned.

  • Write emails, talking points, video scripts, and other communications for the Dean.

  • Assist the Dean in providing leadership and direction for the College’s strategic plans.

  • Respond to and meet with key constituents on behalf of the Dean where necessary.

  • Maintain oversight for ongoing projects and initiatives in the College to ensure effective progress and according to established deadlines.

  • Serve as the principal aide to the Dean, completing briefing and logistics materials.

  • Establish priorities and agendas, reports, and other information as needed by the Dean.

  • Execute assigned tasks, projects, and duties as required by the Dean.

Target Compensation Maximum:

$72,389.00

Target Compensation Minimum:

$48,225.00

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
