We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the EVP, Operations, who will support managerial activities by undertaking administrative tasks. In this role you will serve as a liaison to the team, proactively managing day-to-day activities, taking ownership of regular inquiries and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedule: arrange and attend meetings, take meeting notes, organize follow up for action item;
  • Provide administrative support: maintain and update departmental documentation and correspondence, policies, procedures; prepare reports and briefs;
  • Streamline internal communications: handle email requests and queries, screen and redirect when appropriate, ensure procedural responses;
  • Provide travel support: prepare and coordinate travel schedule and itineraries, align travel plans with marketing event schedules and corporate travel policy, assist with visa applications, maintain and file travel expenses;
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language is required;
  • Proficient Russian speakers would have an advantage;

To be successful in the role a candidate must have a particular set of soft skills:

  • Organizational skills: time management, project coordination, decision making.
  • Communication skills: written and verbal corporate communication, clarity, attention to details.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with various levels of corporate structure, to establish working relationships with key technical business and technical persons

Additional requirement:

Requires day-to-day presence in Sofia office.
