Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the Co-Founder & CTO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support. This role focuses on calendar management, stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, and content-related tasks, ensuring the CTO’s schedule and priorities align seamlessly with business goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the CTO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time utilization.
- Organize and prioritize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and sharing minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Ensure follow-ups on key action items discussed during meetings.
- Coordinate and act as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless communication.
- Assist the CTO with strategic planning, department structuring, and process optimization.
- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing thought leadership content, including blogs, articles, and white papers.
- Oversee the management of key documentation, contracts, and confidential information.
- Collaborate with HR-TA to facilitate hiring and senior-level recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure timely content releases.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
- Research industry trends and contribute insights to support content development.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other communication on behalf of the CTO.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings and events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Expertise in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and content management systems (CMS).
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
