We are looking for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant relieves his/her supervisor of routine matters by performing routine secretarial, administrative or minor executive duties. Manages the work flow of the administrative offices, while exhibiting a professional, courteous and service attitude to fellow staff, business contacts, visitors, families, and especially the residents.

Qualifications
  • Education/Certification/Licensure: High School graduate or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Four years administrative support required, with at least two years at the executive level preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using advanced level office software applications, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and relevant facility software. Familiarity with proper office procedures, correspondence formats, and office equipment.

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years of administrative support experience
  • Associate degree or higher
  • At least two years of executive-level administrative experience
  • Proficiency with advanced office software, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and relevant facility software
  • Familiarity with office procedures, correspondence formats, and office equipment
