Job Description
About the role:
You'll support our Site Head and Leadership Team, ensuring seamless operations even when they're away. From coordinating events and managing web content to organizing travel and handling administrative tasks, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
How you will contribute:

  • Support the Site Head and the SLT with the coordination and follow up of the priorities and tasks as well as the SLT Meeting preparation and facilitation.
  • Leading small site projects.
  • Organize Site Head agenda, meetings, visits, indoor or outdoor events, workshops or business meals.
  • Support Communication Manager with events, visits, translation, purchase orders, professional interpretation organization, web updating with presentations, pictures or videos, support for comm surveys, digital screen diffusion of local and global information, or for various projects. Act as back up during vacation for weekly newsletters or other tasks, and be the contact person if needed.
  • Onboarding preparation for Site Head direct reports (office, IT material, 1:1 etc).
  • Travel booking for Site Head or information to employees.
  • Follow up and training for new digital technologies.
  • Replacement of Quality Assistant for various administrative tasks.
  • Web editing and regular updating of the Neuchâtel Intranet, HR Intranet and SLT Team Site (news, agenda, change requests from employees, Global recommendations).


What you bring to Takeda:

  • Work experience in an international environment.
  • "Maturité" or University degree.
  • GMP or pharma environment experience acquired.
  • English and French (excellent knowledge).
  • German is a plus.
  • IT knowledge : Windows environment | Microsoft Apps. ther applications : Ariba - Concur - Veeva - Workday.
