About the Role
The Executive Assistant at Zenoti will support the COO by managing tasks, communication, and operations seamlessly across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary resource for the COO, managing calendars and scheduling across time zones.
- Organize meeting logistics, prepare notes, and track action items for timely completion.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel for the COO and guests.
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports on time.
- Assist with administrative tasks, projects, and operational initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Represent Zenoti and its leadership with professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with business tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible to work hours aligned with the COO’s US-based schedule.
