About the Role

Mill is seeking an experienced, highly-organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO on a contract basis from mid-February to early July 2026. This is a temporary role designed to provide seamless executive support during a critical stretch of company activity. You’ll be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule with precision and professionalism—ensuring their time and focus align with the company’s highest priorities while balancing key external commitments. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO’s Family Assistant and, when relevant, their family office to ensure smooth coordination across professional and personal engagements.

This contract role is based in San Bruno, CA, with an expectation to be in the office 4-5 days per week.  

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule with rigor and foresight, prioritizing time and engagements that advance company and strategic objectives, in partnership with the President’s EA.
  • Partner with the CEO’s Family Assistant to the Family Office and personal commitments
  • Anticipate needs and proactively ensure the CEO’s time, meetings, and travel are optimized.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, internal events, and complex travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a polished and professional presence.
  • Represent the CEO’s positive and professional presence in person—whether in-office, at home, or at events.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience coordinating with other Personal or Executive Assistants.
  • Strong judgement.
  • Ability to be flexible and work quickly with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay calm and effective in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy and fluent in Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • A positive and collaborative approach.
