Job Description:
What will you work on?
The Executive Assistant will support Senior Executives in a fast-paced position that requires being able to juggle busy calendars and complex projects.
How will you create impact?
- Manage both executives’ calendar, schedule appointments and ensure executives are on time
- Arrange travel and accommodations, compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Assist in management of the team including vacation requests, expenses and other approvals
- Prepare all materials for executive in advance of meetings, presentations Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents Organize files and maintain contact database
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
- Ability to work with other assistants closely to manage the executive
- Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
- Act as direct liaison with vendors/customers/partners
- Track team projects
What are your skills and experience?
- Time management and project coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize high volume workload and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments
- Demonstrated good judgment, ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Outlook
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $35 to $38 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
