About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CTO, Ashwin Sreenivas. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll manage Ashwin’s complex calendar, coordinate travel, plan events, act as a liaison between him and internal teams, and provide light personal assistance as needed.
Ashwin moves quickly and leads across multiple priorities - from driving product innovation to supporting his team’s success. He needs a sharp, dependable partner who can anticipate needs, keep him aligned on what matters most, and ensure information flows seamlessly across the organization.

Communicate effectively, concise when needed, detailed when necessary.
