The Role

We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success operations. In this role, you will QC, manage, and triage all Slack communications between clients, executives, and internal teams; oversee all inbound/outbound messages; and create, edit, or rewrite messages as needed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with our brand standards. You’ll maintain strict quality control over communication and ensure fast, accurate responses that protect client satisfaction and executive time.

This position requires exceptional English, strong logical reasoning, a sharp ability to read context, and high EQ & IQ to navigate sensitive, high-pressure situations with sound judgment.

This is a full-time, remote role (minimum 8 hours/day).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, triage, and proofread and refine messages on Slack, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and clarity before sending to clients.
  • Act as a communication bridge between executives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed promptly and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Draft, polish, and send messages on behalf of CS leadership when needed.
  • Organize tasks, reminders, and action items for relevant teams.
  • Escalate urgent client concerns to the appropriate owner.
  • Maintain communication standards, tone guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and Customer Success projects.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Do

  • Escalate urgent client concerns to the appropriate owner immediately.
  • Uphold communication standards, tone guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support Customer Success projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA in high-growth tech environments.
  • High proficiency in Slack and modern collaboration tools.
  • Perfect written English and strong communication logic.
  • High EQ & IQ with exceptional judgment and situational awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Ability to operate with discretion, accuracy, and high responsiveness.
  • Experience in Customer Success, client communication, or operations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced tech, SaaS, or AI environments is beneficial.
