The Executive Assistant will provide high-impact administrative and strategic support to the Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Cloud Services. This role operates as a trusted partner and operational enabler, ensuring seamless execution of leadership priorities across a global, highly matrixed technology organization.
The position supports a leader responsible for enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity capabilities, enabling secure, resilient, and scalable operations across the organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Prioritization
- Manage and optimize the SVP's complex, global calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and aligning priorities
- Triage and manage incoming communications (email, calls), ensuring timely responses and escalation of critical matters
- Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and materials for leadership meetings and key forums
- Act as a gatekeeper and advisor, ensuring focus on high-value activities
Leadership Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate leadership team (LT) meetings, strategic reviews, and cross-functional sessions
- Drive preparation of presentations, communications, and executive-level reporting
- Ensure alignment across global stakeholders, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud teams
- Partner with Strategy & Portfolio Management and Business Operations to support leadership rhythms
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across senior leadership, executive offices, and partner organizations
- Manage sensitive interactions with discretion and professionalism
Calendar, Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate international travel, executive visits, and key events
- Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including executive-level engagements
- Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and global teams
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes, workflows, and tools
- Support execution of key initiatives, special projects, and organizational priorities
- Maintain systems, records, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP/SVP/C-level preferred)
- Proven ability to manage highly complex, global calendars and priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and operate with urgency
- Anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise
- Filters noise and elevates high-value information
- Drives clarity, structure, and execution for leadership priorities
- Builds trusted relationships across the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The salary for this position ranges from $33.12 to $55.19 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
