Position Purpose:

The position will provide Executive Assistant support to the Corporate C-Suite L-1 leaders of the company. Responsible for leading and providing executive level support for the EVP in partnership with multiple internal partners to ensure the efficiency of all company matters and functions.

  • Position is responsible for providing a direct level of administrative and professional support to the EVP with minimal or no supervision.

  • This position will work closely with a team of administrative support to provide administrative assistance for multiple internal partners.

  • Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties, ensuring timely and proactive completion of tasks

  • Researching, prioritizing and ensuring the appropriate course of action for all applicable business matters.

  • Gathers information for board meetings, programs, events or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, preparing materials and assisting with controlling event budget

  • Assists in the preparation and coordination of materials, records, statistics, letters, memos and reports regarding operations, etc.

Note: The Business title of the role should indicate the support of appropriate EVP office e.g. Executive Assistant, Office of CHO.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of related experience of supporting C-Suite leaders with knowledge of positions concepts, practices and procedures.

Pay Range: $33.71 - $60.67 per hour

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
