About the Role
This role is designed for someone with high intellect, strong curiosity, and technical fluency who wants a front-row seat to how a venture-backed robotics company is built. You’ll ramp quickly, develop deep context on the CEO's daily operations, and become a trusted partner in keeping the CEO organized, prepared, and productive.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operator for all scheduling and calendar management—business and personal
- Proactively structure the CEO’s day, week, and travel to align with top company priorities
- Protect focus time aggressively and ensure seamless transitions between commitments
- Coordinate personal obligations (appointments, calls, errands, etc.) with the same rigor as business meetings
- Anticipate conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies before they happen
- Triage and prioritize a high-volume inbox with speed and judgment
- Draft clear, precise internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Track all commitments and ensure every follow-up is completed without exception
- Maintain tight control over open loops across business and personal contexts
- Keep the CEO fully on track throughout the day—meetings, decisions, follow-ups, transitions
- Operate with urgency, accuracy, and calm under pressure in constantly shifting conditions
- Solve problems independently and escalate only when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate with board members, investors, leadership team executives, and external partners
- Support meeting preparation, agendas, logistics, and follow-through
- Ensure executive interactions are frictionless, timely, and well-prepared
- Own end-to-end planning for complex domestic and international travel
- Build detailed itineraries and handle last-minute changes without disruption
- Ensure all logistics—business and personal—are executed flawlessly
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
- Answer the front door and greet visitors and guests
- Manage supplies, kitchen stock, and vendor coordination
- Help onboard new team members with tools and administrative support
- Handle facilities requests and small operational issues from employees
- Support a well-organized, efficient, and high-functioning work environment
Experience
- 1–3 years experience (elite recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Extremely organized with near-obsessive attention to detail

- Exceptional written communication: crisp, structured, and precise
