- A proactive and highly organized professional with a high level of discretion and cultural sensitivity
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do?
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar, travel, and meeting management
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of briefs, agendas, presentations, and reports
- Support the planning and coordination of events, offsites, and leadership meetings
- Monitor tasks and ensure timely follow-ups across cross-functional teams
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Translate or proofread documents as needed between English and Arabic
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring smooth communications across global and local teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders, ideally in an international or communications environment
- Strong command of Arabic and English (fluency required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
