We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will serve not only as a trusted administrative partner, but also as a project manager and catalyst for organizational momentum. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping the CEO and Senior Leadership Team execute critical initiatives, uphold priorities, and embed operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership: Act as the primary support to the CEO—managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Strategic Project Management: Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. Monitor progress, ensure accountability, and remove roadblocks.
Catalyst for Change: Support organizational transformation by ensuring alignment on priorities, surfacing issues early, and reinforcing follow-through on decisions and commitments.
Meeting & Event Leadership: Plan, prepare, and document high-stakes meetings—setting agendas, capturing action items, and ensuring accountability post-meeting.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and forward progress on company goals.
Communication & Documentation: Draft clear, compelling communications and maintain accurate, executive-level documents and reports.
Office Operations: Establish systems, workflows, and practices that improve executive effectiveness and streamline daily operations.
Calendar & Travel Management: Optimize time and logistics for the CEO, ensuring priorities are reflected in the calendar and commitments are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
Associate degree in business or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5+ years in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Project Manager role, ideally supporting a CEO or C-suite leader.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution and organizational follow-through.
