Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and requires someone who can act as the CEO’s right hand, anticipating needs, and effectively tracking company initiatives. 


The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage many competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


This is an in-office role and requires daily travel to our Baltimore HQ. Candidates must be located in the Baltimore, MD area and/or within driving distance to the office.

A Day in the Life:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, maintaining a strong working relationship and understanding of their goals, priorities, and preferences.
  • Track all action items arising from meetings, discussions, and correspondence - maintain a comprehensive system for tracking action items, deadlines, and progress, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  • Carry out critical and important projects in conjunction with other team or committee members, including developing plans, defining and communicating alternatives, and making recommendations regarding appropriate courses of action based on thorough understanding of desired outcomes, expectations, and timelines
  • Oversee incoming correspondence and requests for the CEO’s attention; triage to other staff members as appropriate; prioritize items that need immediate attention
  • Manage the daily calendar of the CEO by scheduling internal and external meetings, appointment, travel, special events, and teaming sessions
  • Other duties assigned

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Energetic, proactive, and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Attention to detail

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or working closely with a high level executive

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in providing progressively responsible executive level administrative support with experience working on a wide variety of special projects and special assignments
