We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO and General Counsel. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep sense of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO, CFO and General Counsel and provide efficient, seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage Executives’ calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence (email, phone calls, and mail). Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure the Executive focus on high-level strategic initiatives.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Project Management: Assist the Executives in managing key projects by tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables. Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure timely execution of projects.

Research & Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed for the Executives.

Event Planning: Plan and coordinate executive events, board meetings, and other high-profile engagements. Ensure seamless execution, including logistics, invitations, and materials.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite (CEO, CFO and General Counsel)

Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

The base salary range for this position in is $85K-$100K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
