Our founder and CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant. This is not a support role in the background of the company. You will sit at the centre of how Inkitt runs, with a direct line into every decision the CEO makes and control over the scarcest resource in the business: his time.
What You’ll Do:
Own the CEO's calendar — booking, protecting and resequencing it around what matters most that week
Prepare him for every meeting: the context and the materials
Run international travel end to end
Handle expenses, vendors and the administrative work that would otherwise land on him
Organise leadership offsites, board events and team events
What You'll Bring:
1+ years as an EA to a CEO or founder
Experience at a fast-growing startup and/or in the high class Finance Industry
Exceptional written English
Absolute discretion with confidential information
Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, expense and travel tools, and the AI tools that make you faster
