Requirements
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
• Take meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements as delegated.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the CEO's absence or travel.
• Ensure the executive office is organized, professional, and operational at all times.
• Maintain confidential company records, contracts, and executive documentation.
• Oversee employee attendance, timekeeping, and workforce logging systems to ensure compliance.
• Generate workforce attendance and administrative reports for management.
• Support client acquisition by following up on leads, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and other business development documents.
• Coordinate with the Creative Assistant and Content Directors to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Assist in planning and coordinating content creation, product launches, and promotional events.
• Monitor the execution of strategic projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment on company priorities and CEO directives.
• Draft professional correspondence, letters, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate company meetings, events, workshops, and executive functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Founder & CEO in support of the company's strategic objectives
