The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO of HMI and other HMI executives. The role is responsible for managing a complex global calendar, coordinating leadership activities, facilitating executive communications, supporting staff operations and enabling effective execution across a global organization spanning the US, Europe and Asia.
The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the CEO and serves as a key coordination point for the HMI leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize CEO and other Executive Staff member calendars, travel and meeting priorities.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, staff meetings, off-sites and business reviews.
- Prepare meeting logistics, agendas, materials and follow-up actions.
- Support executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate international travel, visa support and expense reporting.
- Manage executive correspondence and prioritize incoming requests.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination among leadership teams in the US, Taiwan and Europe.
- Support board, ERM/TRM and executive review preparation.
- Track key action items and follow-up commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
- Support visitors, customer engagements and executive events.
- Continuously improve administrative processes and operating rhythms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience working in a global high-tech environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Copilot).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The current base annual hourly range for this role is currently:
$49-68Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
