Executive Support (50%)
- Calendar & Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO; proactively manage a complex calendar and align schedules with business priorities.

- Briefings & Logistics: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for leadership meetings; coordinate complex international travel and logistics.

- Projects & Budgets: Independently manage special projects, executive events, and budget tracking.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level executives, with experience leading or mentoring admin teams.
- Skills: Expert in complex calendar management and navigating fast-paced corporate environments.
- Leadership: Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing others.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written & verbal); French is a plus.
- Working Style: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
